    don't have clarity

    its a nice explanation about how details can be important to someone who cares but the details a lot of times just seem meaningless actions that we just do by rote. The chef whos really into food is going to care about the details bec he ll pick up on the extra pinch of salt but how does that translate to lets say netilas yadaim bec i can care about G D and judiasm but washing my hands doesnt really have any meaning besides the fact that G D said so which is a good reason but in not comparable to the chef or the person who really appreciates cars bec there also he gets something out of the details
