    Adding to one of these reasons

    I would suggest to phrase the third reason (to better up my marriage chances) by saying that, since Judaism is (between other things) a guideline from God to improve my own life, and just like any other group on Earth, Judaism (G'd) doesn't support the idea of intermarrying, because it can not attest this marriage will succeed... since it is not base on its values, priorities, etc.
