PROJECT INSPIRE 3rd ANNUAL CONVENTION
RATES ON A PER PERSON BASIS

Please note that space and room types are limited, but all attempts will be made to accommodate your preferred guestroom choice.

Adult Rates
Single Occupancy: $725 per adult King size accommodation for one adult. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Double Occupancy: $480 per adult Please specify whether you prefer 1 king bed or two full beds. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Triple Occupancy: $435 per adult Two full size accommodations for a minimum of three adults. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Quadruple Occupancy: $395 per adult Two full size accommodations for up to four adults.

Upgraded Accommodations If you are interested in suite accommodation, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Children's Rates

0-24 months -	$125 per child - - includes childcare/daycamp program, does not include food or a seat during meals.
2 to 5 years old -	$200 per child - includes childcare/daycamp program
6 to 11 years old -	$225 per child - includes childcare/daycamp program
12 to 15 years old -	$275 per child - does not include childcare

Important Registration Notes:

• The following are available by advanced request at the indicated charge and are subject to availability:
• Cribs $40 for the weekend.
• Portable Beds $35 for the weekend
• High chair in dining area $15 for the weekend
• Refrigerator $50 for the weekend
• Please note: guests are permitted to bring their own portable baby crib to the hotel.
• Due to fire-code regulations, only 1 roll-away or 1 baby crib is permitted per room.
• Due to fire-code regulations, a maximum of 4 people permitted per room.
• Roommate requests - All individuals requesting specific roommates must register at the same time and on the same form. Only one credit card can be used per form.
• There are no refunds available after February 13th, 2012. Prior to February 13th, if you need to cancel for any reason, you will be refunded in full minus a 10% processing fee.
• If you are unable to join us for the weekend, but wish to attend Saturday night or Sunday morning, the cost for programming and food is $75 per person for Saturday night and $75 Sunday morning. To guarantee space, you must register and pay in advance. If the convention is sold out there will be no Saturday night or Sunday morning program option.
• All amounts quoted are in US Dollars.
• Prices include hotel accommodations, meals and programming from dinner on Friday through Sunday lunch. Hotel incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guests.
